Lucas MacClure is a partner at Lupa Legal. His work focuses on privacy regulation, personal data protection, content regulation and freedom of expression on the internet, and artificial intelligence. He has been a researcher at the Center for Public Studies (CEP) and a professor of law at Adolfo Ibáñez University and Boston College. He holds a law degree from the University of Chile and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Doctor of Laws (J.S.D.) from Yale University.
